If an additional SMS gateway is needed, whether to speed up sending messages, add an extra line to receive SMS messages or if you need a backup gateway, then the basic edition might be your best choice.
The full edition supports an unlimited amount of SMS gateways plus the ability to Connect to an unlimited amount of databases.
